Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal said the government wants to ensure speedy immunization under the control of corona. The government has decided to intensify the vaccination program.
The existing Extended Immunization Program (EPI) in the country will be implemented from August 6 to speed up the corona vaccination. At the village level, community clinics, union health centers, educational institutions and other temporary vaccination centers will also be used.
Health Minister Zahid Malek and Cabinet Secretary Khandaker Anwarul Islam were present at the meeting.
